This portable heater case is a great example of deploying ingenuity in silicone rubber heater applications. Rubber heater can be tailored to many shapes and sizes, and provides various applicable temperature curves. In addition, portable silicone rubber heaters can be both practical and adorable.
Application
A portable heater for service engineer to preheat the target machine (e.g., motor, generator, etc.) before turning it on. Starting the machine cold introduces a significant degree of wear and tear. Silicone rubber heater becomes handy in the situation where a sizable heater is not accessible due to space limitations.
The shape of heater is critical to the temperature ramp-up time, as well as to the ease of use.

Solution
This portable heater, containing stuffed foam inside a rubber heater sleeve with a metal hook, is used to pre-heat electric machines.
When it is installed, both sides of the rubber heater closely adhere to the groove of the object that is being heated to create the maximum heat transfer.
