Application
A heat generation mechanism in a small chemical reaction chamber to improve the efficiency of the reaction.  The reaction process needs heat transfer as much as possible.

          ▪ Heating plate of 50mm x 50mm (W x L) to be sandwiched in metal plates

Solution
This heating pad is sandwiched between two copper plates to transfer the heat into the reaction chamber as quickly as required.

 

     Shape

         ▪  A square shape to allow special wiring layout which avoids heat accumulation at the center of the heater
     Temperature results
         ▪  High power density design deployed to generate the required heat
